For entrepreneurs, leaders, and people at a turning point
Breakthrough starts with connection.
Integrative coaching that goes beyond a good conversation: what you think and believe, what your body carries, what you bring with you from your past, and the systems you’re part of. It all plays a role.
Not a step-by-step plan, but exploration, in-depth analysis, and connection.

What is rarely said out loud
The further you get,
the quieter it becomes.
There comes a moment when people around you expect answers from you that you don't have yourself. And when asking the question comes at the expense of connection.
As an entrepreneur, everyone looks to you for direction — employees, partners, home. You can turn to almost anyone for advice, and almost no one for doubt.
As a leader, you notice that openness above a certain level starts to mean something else. What you say is weighed, even when you are just thinking out loud.
After something impactful, the conversation about it dries up faster than expected. People want to help, and above all, they want things to be okay again.
What those three have in common can potentially limit you: few places remain where you can say something without it being weighed in the balance.
A coaching session is such a place. Not because it is therapeutic, but because there is no one at the table with an interest. There is room for judgment-free exploration, deepening, and connection with what helps you move forward.
The core
How you perceive
determines what is possible.
Two people look at the same situation and see something different. Not because one of them is mistaken, but because perception is always colored by the state a person is in — by experience, by conviction, and by the state of the nervous system.
If that state changes, what can be seen changes. And with it, what becomes possible. That is not an insight you remember and apply later; it is a shift you notice in the moment itself.
This is not a new idea in itself. It is described physiologically in polyvagal theory, psychologically in constructivism, and somatically in Focusing and Somatic Experiencing. What I do is bring them together into something that facilitates transformational presence. That is what my book is about, and how I work.

Entrepreneur, author, coach
I know entrepreneurship and leadership
from the inside out.
For twenty-five years, I worked in a world where sharpness is rewarded. I built a company, grew it into a partner for multinationals, and sold it in 2021. Three months later, my own artery gave out — a carotid dissection, without warning.
Read my story →"From the very first introduction, I felt seen. Not on the surface, but at levels for which I had no words myself."
"Steven knew how to challenge me in a gentle, inviting way and felt calm, stable, and open as a coach."
