For those who carry influence
This is not about your company or your role. This is about you.
You are here because the usual instruments have stopped working. Not your strategy, not your skills, not your knowledge. There is nothing wrong with them — they are simply not what this is about.

You carry influence. That is why it has impact.
Who this is for
Four positions, one common denominator.
Entrepreneur, self-employed or owner-director
Everyone looks to you for direction. You can turn to almost anyone for business advice, and to almost no one for what is going on in your head and your heart.
Leader, in public life or in an organisation
What you say is weighed, always and everywhere.
Manager of people, projects or processes
You are accountable for outcomes you do not control on your own.
Top athlete, individual or team player
Performing is your profession, and performing is exactly what no longer comes by itself.
What they share is not in the job title, but in the person.
The common denominator
The way you are present determines the room others experience.
Think of a meeting you walk into with your own unrest still in your pocket, and how you notice the room moving with it.
Think of that one conversation in which your presence was so steady that the other person said something he had never put into words before.
That is what it means to carry influence. Not as a quality you possess, but as the effect of how you perceive, listen, respond and take up space.
It also explains why it weighs. Whoever carries influence also carries what goes unsaid.
That you keep functioning while things are not well is not a weakness. It is the price of carrying.
What comes along
You live on three levels at once.
I
You are a person with a history. Experiences, patterns and inheritances that shape how you experience the world.
II
You take part in systems larger than yourself. A company, a family, a squad, a sector. They move with you and against you.
III
You carry influence. What happens inside you determines what becomes possible around you.
Everything comes along. You keep nothing out of relation — no part of yourself stays outside the conversation, not even the part that does not belong to your role. That is the only way to reach the essence.
How it works
Slowing down until your perception is at its clearest.
At the sharpest edge, your presence and your perception are your most powerful instruments. For yourself, with the other, in the situation.
Here you slow down to the pace at which your presence becomes tangible and your perception is at its clearest. That is where what is going on becomes visible — and what of it is yours.
Transformation is not an abstraction. It is the meeting point of insight and ownership.
What people report afterwards
Calm under pressure
Space appears between what happens and what you do with it. Not responding more slowly, but responding from something other than the first impulse.
The people around you notice sooner
Those who feel safe report bad news earlier. How much information reaches you depends less on your door than on your state.
Something that was stuck comes loose
A decision, a conversation, a departure. Usually not the decision you expected.
In their own words
He alternates sharp questions, observing, listening, mirroring and confronting at a high level. You feel comfortable within no time and really get to the core.
Every session took a completely different approach, but each time I left the room with an insight that settled and grew clearer in the weeks that followed.
At the very first meeting I felt seen. Not at the surface, but at layers I had no words for myself.

The programme
Ten sessions, and the time in between.
Ten two-hour sessions, spread over several months by arrangement. The weeks in between are not a pause: what shifts in a session needs time to work through. After each session you receive a personal report with exercises.

That is an amount you have to be able to justify to yourself. If the question what does it cost to leave things as they are is easier to answer, then this is not the moment.
Honest up front
When this work is not a fit.
The subject is you, not your organisation. A programme is often requested because something is going on in a team or a board. That is a good reason to start. But what we examine is the place you stand in it. If the conversation keeps landing on other people, little happens.
It asks for time that is scarce. Ten sessions of two hours, plus the travel. This work does not fit well between two appointments.
What is discussed here stays here. Also when the organisation pays. Nothing is reported back to HR or to a manager.
And sometimes it does not sit with one person. If the question really lies in the dynamic of a team, team coaching is the shorter route. That usually becomes clear in the introductory call.
