What people want to know beforehand.
What does an introductory call cost?
Nothing. Thirty minutes, free of charge, online. There is no obligation and nothing has to come of it.
How quickly will I get a reply?
An email is usually answered within one working day. The calendar shows the available times and you can book one directly.
How long does a programme take?
An individual programme consists of ten two-hour sessions, at a rhythm we set together. A team programme covers three half-days, two of which usually fall on one day, plus a return day after six to eight weeks.
What if it does not click?
Then that is a clear answer. If it turns out during the introductory call that another route makes more sense — a different coach, a therapist, or nothing for now — I will say so. This work asks for trust, and trust cannot be forced.
Do you only work in Utrecht?
The practice is on the Oorsprongpark in Utrecht, and many sessions take place there. Online I work throughout the Netherlands and beyond; for each programme we decide together what works. Team programmes usually travel to the team’s own location. The introductory call is always online.
What if my organisation pays?
That is possible. What happens in the sessions stays between us; nothing is reported back, not even to whoever pays the invoice.
The practice
Het Coachhuis on the Oorsprongpark.
Sessions take place at Het Coachhuis on the Oorsprongpark, a quiet park just outside the centre of Utrecht. Quiet enough to hear what is going on — and in this work that is not a side matter.
A session can also be online. Some people prefer to come to Utrecht every time, others alternate; we decide that together. The introductory call is always online.
By public transport. Several buses run from Utrecht Centraal towards Biltstraat and Maliebaan. The nearest stop is about two hundred metres from the door.
By car. Paid parking is available in front of the door and in the surrounding streets. On the Museumlaan you are a three-minute walk away; the Kruisstraat car park is cheaper and ten minutes away.
