Mijn werkwijze
Verkennen. Verbinden. Integreren.
Integratief werken
Integratief betekent: alles doet mee
The circle
Eight landmarks
The path we follow can be drawn as an O. Not a sequence to be completed — a circle has no beginning. However, there are eight points where you can say: I have been here. Or: this is where I stand now. Choose a point to read.
A circle has no beginning — choose a point.
-
Before something can change, something must stop.
Attunement does not begin with doing, but with ceasing. The moment you notice that the way you approach something no longer works — and you are willing to pause there for a moment without immediately seeking a solution. It is an internal 'yes' to what presents itself, even if what presents itself is discomfort. Willingness is not a decision of the mind. It is a softening in the body.
-
The covering falls away.
What seems like a descent is in reality discovery — dis-cover-y, the removal of what lay over it. You do not go to a deeper layer within yourself because there is pain there, but because something lives there that you had missed. The body knows the way. The mind simply no longer needs to steer.
-
What you had kept closed, opens.
Opening is not an action. It happens by itself as soon as the descent is complete. You notice that you feel something you could not feel before, or see something that was always visible. It is not a revelation in the grand sense of the word — usually, it is quieter than that. It is the way a bud opens, slowly and silently.
-
In the clarity, everything falls into place.
What first felt fragmented — thoughts, feelings, body, situation — comes together here into a single line. This is not the clarity of a conclusion, but the clarity of a field in which everything is visible at once. You no longer need to figure anything out. You see what is there.
-
From clarity, choice comes naturally.
The shift is the moment when something in your direction changes — not through willpower, but because something has been seen that can no longer be undone. The choice here is not a choice between options. It is the recognition of what has already been chosen by what you now know. Some shifts are small. Some change everything.
-
You don't do harder. You do differently.
Ascent is where insight leaves the body and enters the world. No heroics, no grand gestures — usually a series of small actions that previously seemed impossible and are now self-evident. Transform-action is action that stems from transformation, not the other way around.
-
What you have learned now lives within you.
Grounding is where the movement lands. Not as a conclusion, but as integration — the new way of being becomes so natural that you forget it was ever new. Ownership means you no longer need to return to the insight. The insight has become you.
-
The circle is complete.
Having arrived at the eighth point, you look back at the seven you have walked. And you see that the circle was never a line. What you called the beginning was already connected to what you called the end. The descent was the ascent in another guise. The attunement was the grounding, yet without form. You did not see the curvature while walking it — but now you do.
The foundations
Where the approach stems from
Transformational Presence
Presence as the first intervention. We work with potential, not with problems.
Being Orientation
Three words that carry the entire movement: notice, let go, allow.
Polyvagal-informed practice
Your nervous system decides faster than you think. Whether you are in a state of alarm or rest determines what you can feel, hear, and receive — so that is where we begin.
Multidisciplinary and dogma-free. The methodologies are not in the foreground; they become visible through what happens in a session.
It begins with an introduction
An approach is something you experience, not something you read.
The first conversation is the simplest way to feel if this is right.
